Peering the Sea from Yaotai is in the South side of Chaoyin Temple. A boulder slowly rises out of the cliff, like the shape of Yaotai, on which is a Wanghai Pavilion. It is said a sea dragon king once stranded here and sat on the Yaotai sighing to the sea. Now you still can see the trace of Dragon King there.
